HOTEL ROOM RATES (ALL HOTELS)
- Room rates provided above are special rates applicable for all delegates attending the WCC Event only.
- All room rates are inclusive local taxes, service charge (10%), and daily buffet breakfast. Please note that room rates offered on travel agent and the hotels’ own websites do not include local taxes, service charges or breakfast.
- Regal Airport Hotel is the Official Hotel and Cocktail Reception Sponsor. Registration on the 1st day and the welcome cocktail reception will be held at Regal Airport Hotel then later relocated to AWE (AsiaWorld Expo) for the remainder of the event.
- Complimentary shuttle buses are provided between Regal Airport Hotel and AWE on all function days at AWE.
- Marriott Hong Kong Sky City is within comfortable walking distance to AWE.
- Room rates are applicable for the period 23-September – 01 October 2010 only.
RESERVATIONS

- Follow the online instructions and please be sure to enter the correct information.
- You are encouraged to enter your flight details when available. This will assist the hotels to ensure that they have rooms available for check-in upon your arrival.
PAYMENT
- Pre-payment for the full period of stay will be deducted from your credit card at the time of booking.
- If you do not wish to pay by credit card then other payment facilities can be arranged by sending an email to accounting@worldcargoconnections.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Please note that September is a peak month for events in Hong Kong, especially because of the one week national holidays which take place just after the event and the Asian Games in nearby Guangzhou which take place during 12-27 November. As a result, hotels are very strict regarding cancellations, no-shows, late check-ins and early check-outs.

No Show
If you fail to check-in at the hotel and you have not cancelled or amended your booking with the event organizer then the hotel will impose a “no show” charge equal to the full period booked.
Early Check-Out
If you unexpectedly wish to check out earlier than the period booked and do not inform the event organizers more than 7 days in advance then the hotel will still charge based on the full period originally booked.
Late Check-In
If you fail to check-in on the 1st night booked then the hotel will still charge according to the full period originally booked.
For any of the above, the event organizers will do their utmost to negotiate with the hotel to keep your charges as low as possible, but this depends on the hotel’s occupancy at the time and the event organizers cannot guarantee that they will always be successful in negotiating with the hotels for a decrease in charges.

The hotel will assist with a limited number of guest rooms for early check in or late check out subject to availability. Complimentary early check in rooms will be confirmed between 0-72 hours prior to requested arrival time. Complimentary late check out rooms will be confirmed by the hotel 12-24 hours prior to requested departure time.
