HOW TO RESERVE A BOOTH

  • Booth reservations can be done online by using the Shopping Cart (on the left of this page)
  • Follow the online instructions and please be sure to enter the correct information. If you prefer not to have a booth package and wish to register as a normal delegate then this can also be done through the Shopping Cart
  • Booth Reservations will be handled on first come first served basis. Priority will be given to booths reserved through the online shopping cart system

PAYMENT

  • Shortly after registering, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration process
  • Payment should be made as soon as possible. You will not be able to use the online Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received from your office
  • Payment can be made online via credit card. However, if you wish to pay by other methods then please send an email to conference@worldcargoconnections.com so that we can provide you with alternatives

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Date Cancellation Charge
Up to and including 16th August 2010 No charge. Full refund provided
After 16th August 2010 Charge 75% of the total booth package price
