REGISTRATION FEES

Event Registration Fee USD 995 per person
Social Networking Pass USD 595 per person
Spouse Fee USD 525 per person

Important – Please also see the Booths and Sponsor Packages before registering for any of the above. Most Booth packages and one Sponsor package include Event Registration Fees for a specific number of persons depending on the package.

Event Registration Fees Include:
  • Participation in One-on-One meetings.
  • Entrance to the booth area.
  • Use of the event’s onsite business center.
  • Daily buffet lunch on all meeting/show days (27-29 September 2010).
  • Free flow coffee and tea throughout each meeting/show day as well as pre-scheduled coffee break snacks in the morning and afternoons of each meeting/show day
  • Cocktail reception and gala dinner.
  • Event bag, delegate badge, event giveaway items, and event information.
Social Networking Passes Include:
  • Entrance to the cocktail reception on 26th September and Gala Dinner on 27th September only.
Spouse Fees Include:
  • Admission to the booth area.
  • Daily buffet lunch on all meeting/show days (27-29 September 2010).
  • Free flow coffee and tea throughout each meeting/show day as well as pre-scheduled coffee break snacks in the morning and afternoons of each meeting/show day.
  • Cocktail reception and gala dinner.

Definition of Spouse: For registration purposes, a spouse will be defined as a wife, husband, girlfriend, or boyfriend accompanying one who has registered as a main delegate. Spouses are not entitled to take part in the One-on-One sessions or collect conference materials.


HOW TO REGISTER

  • Registration is online and should be completed by using the Shopping Cart (on the left of this page)
  • Follow the online instructions and please ensure that you enter the correct information. If you prefer to have a booth package then you can also do this through the Shopping Cart.

PAYMENT

  • Shortly after registering, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration process.
  • Payment should be made as soon as possible. You will not be able to use the online Scheduler to make appointments until payment has been received by our office.
  • Payment can be made online via credit card. However, if you wish to pay by other methods then please send an email to conference@worldcargoconnections.com so that we can provide you with alternatives.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Date Cancellation Charge
Up to and including 10th September 2010 Full refund for Event Registration Fees, Spouse Fees, and Social Networking Passes.
After 10th September 2010 50% of the total fees for Event Registration, Spouse, and Social Networking fees.
