SPONSOR BENEFITS (DEFINITIONS)

Sponsor’s logo on signage at entrance to conference and exhibition center

Sponsors logos appear on a large billboard located outside the entrance to the conference center. Logos will be arranged on the billboard in accordance with the level of sponsorship provided by each sponsor.

Sponsor’s logo on all signage at the registration area

Banners and signage at the registration area will feature the logos of all conference sponsors. Logos will be arranged according to the level of sponsorship provided.

Sponsor’s logo on conference backdrops (prominence will be accorded in relation to sponsorship level)

Backdrops are used during the social functions. Sponsors’ logos will be arranged on the backdrops in accordance to each sponsor’s level of sponsorship.

Special acknowledgment during social functions

Special acknowledgements and thank you to all sponsors will be made during the conference’s evening social functions.

Inclusion of sponsor’s name and logo on the conference website’s home page and all other pages (except reserved ones)

Sponsors will have their logos with links appear on the conference’s home page. Logos and names will also appear on all other pages except pages which have been especially reserved for other uses. Logos can appear on the website for up to 9 months depending on how soon sponsors signup.

Inclusion of sponsor’s name and logo on the conference website’s “Thank You Sponsors” page

A special page on the conference website is dedicated to all conference sponsors and feature logos with links to their own websites.

Booths

Sponsors will be entitled to discounts from booth rental fees in accordance with their level of sponsorship. (please see the “Booths” section for more details on the type of booths available and their inclusions).

Advertisement in Event Directory

Each sponsor will receive one free advertisement in the Event Directory. The advertisement’s size depends on the level of sponsorship and includes complimentary, professional design by our graphics team if required.

Sponsor’s logo on selected event giveaway materials

Sponsors’ logos will be prominently printed on certain giveaway items which will be inserted into the conference bag and distributed to all registered attendees during the conference. Giveaway items will be selected by the event organizers in order to ensure a variety of giveaway items is available in the event bags.

Complimentary event passes

Only Platinum sponsors will receive a free conference pass. Each conference pass allows the pass holder to attend all meetings, coffee breaks and lunches, as well as all evening social networking functions (two cocktail receptions and one gala dinner).

Fixed One-On-One meeting table with sponsor’s logo on table top stand

All sponsors’ One-On-One meeting tables will be fixed during the entire duration of the event. All sponsors’ tables will also have a highly visible table top stand with their logo for easier identification and maximum exposure. Note – all non-sponsor tables only have a table number for identification and are not fixed according to the company.
