ORDERING

  • Signage and Sponsor items listed on this page can only be ordered by sending an email to victor@worldcargoconnections.com
  • Note that all signage and sponsor items listed on this page are limited in number and will be sold on a first come – first served basis.

PAYMENT

  • Once your order has been placed and finalized with our advertising department victor@worldcargoconnections.com, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you provided during the registration process.
  • Payment Deadline is 25th June 2010.
  • In the case of sponsoring, your company will not start to receive acknowledgement on the event website or advertisements / Inserts until payment is received so we encourage you to make payment before the 25th June 2010 deadline.
  • Payment can be made online via credit card. Should you wish to pay by other means then please send an email to accounting@worldcargoconnections.com so that we can provide you with alternatives.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Date Cancellation Charge
Up to and including 25th June 2010 50% of the total sponsorship package fee
After 25th June 2010 75% of the total sponsorship package fee.
